CrossOver only uses 1 cpu?

Can CrossOver be configured to use more than one CPU?

This would greatly benefit Visio.

My OS: Ubuntu Gutsy
My CrossOver Version: CrossOver Linux Professional 6.1.2.0

Thank you for the help.

It should automatically use all CPUs available.

Or more correct: CrossOver uses one Linux thread per Windows thread, thus it uses the Linux scheduler, which chooses at its own discretion which CPU(s) to use for the threads. That means a Windows app running in CrossOver behaves exactly like a native Linux application in that regard. CrossOver does not influence anything, nor does it offer a way to change any settings. However, any Linux setting or tool to change the scheduling can be used to modify the way Windows apps run.

(The same applies for MacOS of course)

Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
