Hi.
I am running crossover office on a laptop using Ubuntu. I work at a workstation and have my display on an external LCD connected to the laptop. When I open crossover (or an installed windows application) my external monitor goes blank for a few seconds and then the display comes back once the program is open.
Does anyone know why this is happening or how I can stop it?

Check out http://www.codeweavers.com/support/wiki/CXOffice70_BlankScreenDualMonitors your video card might be checking it's outputs and that can cause blanking.
