Word and Excel 2010 windows are stuck

Running CO 15.0 on (K)Ubuntu 15.10 on a Thinkpad X series.

Word and Excel 2010 always start with maximized windows and can't be moved or resized with the mouse. However, holding down the ALT key allows the W and E windows to be moved, but still not resized. In contrast, Powerpoint 2010 windows behave as under Windows and can be moved and resized normally using the mouse and without keyboard requirements.

I already have Wine configuration set to "Allow the Window manager to control the windows" as suggested by some older threads here.

Anyone know a solution for Word and Excel window behavior?

Thanks

seems to have solved the problem. We'll see if it sticks.
