Change (default) launcher locations?

Hi.

When opening my start/applications menu there are several categories (obviously).
For example:

  • Crossover
    . - Crossover
  • Games
    . - Steam (for Linux)
  • Office
  • Windows Applications
    . - Amazon Kindle
    . - Steam (for Windows)

But there's one I really don't like: Windows Applications.

I'd prefer to have automatic generated launchers within "Crossover" like:

  • Crossover
    . - Crossover
    . - Amazon Kindle
    . - Steam (for Windows)
  • Games
    . - Steam (for Linux)
  • Office

Or maybe like

  • Crossover
    . - Crossover
    . - Windows Applications
    . . - Amazon Kindle
    . . - Steam (for Windows)
  • Games
    . - Steam (for Linux)
  • Office

And - more important to me - the option to create launchers within the category I'd like to have it in (e.g. "Games"), not only "Desktop" or "Startmenu", so it looks like:

  • Crossover
    . - Crossover
  • Games
    . - Steam (for Linux)
    . - Steam (for Windows)
  • Office
    . - Amazon Kindle

Is there an easy way to solve this?
Or maybe a configuration trick I didn't see?
Of course I know about editing the menu itself but I'd really prefer a way without the chance to completely mess up my menu ;)

Thans for Your help in advance.

BTW: I'm using xfce with Xubuntu 16.04
