Quicken Install but can't register

I have Quicken Home & Business 2008 installed but I can't register it which means I can't connect to my bank.

On registration I get an error with suggestions on making changes to Windows IE. I don't believe I have Windows IE. I'm wondering if Quicken is trying to use IE only.

I also saw some settings for setting the default browser in Crossover but I'm not going there without help.

I'm brand new to Linux. I'm running Linux 8.X, just downloaded two days ago from Unbuntu, I can't find the version but pretty sure it is 8.04.

I do hope you can help.
