TomTom HOME 1.5 working in Crossover 7.0.0 Linux

I just installed Crossover Linux 7.0.0 on Ubuntu (on an EeePC 900). Then installed TomTom HOME 1.5 (build 106)... I have a Nokia E61i with TomTom Navigator 6, so I have to use TomTom HOME 1.x...

After install, I reset the bottle, plugged my Nokia in SD-card mode in the USB port, then launched TomTom Home. It saw the device. I gave my login information, and immediately it started downloading my subscribed elements (maps, radars, voices, and various other items) from the TomTom Site.

Looks like a winner to me.

Anybody try with TomTom 2.x? :)

Hi Giles,

I have purchased an Asus eee pc900 too. And i want to run a wandows based navigation package (seapro on it. Is meant for sailors but looks a lot like TomTom. I read you were running Ubuntu in stead of Xandros on your Asus eee pc900. Is that on purpose or is it running Xandros as well.

I am first time user on linux but it looks promising. The EeePC900 is especially atractive as it runs on 12V. Which makes it easy to use it on a sailing boat which posesses 12V batteries.
