Are there any plans to support wine 3.0 and above ?
Your wine version is frozen for almost two month since wine 3.0 release (currently - 3.5).
If so, what are the estimates of release date ?

We will indeed update to wine 3.0 (well, higher by the time we ship) in CrossOver.  CrossOver has an approximately annual release cycle in which we branch wine and do beta testing to stabilize, then use that as a basis for releases for the next 12 months.  While that is not a strict schedule, and we sometimes do a wine merge in between major releases of CrossOver, 12 moth release cycles between major wine updates is our normal pattern.  This is because we need to balance new features with stability.  During this cycle we have been particularly liberal about cherry-picks for certain features, in party because we are aware that customers want up-to-date functionality offered in current wine.

So, while I do not have a specific date when you will see a CrossOver with wine 3.0+ included, yes, it is part of our normal process and is definitely going to happen.
