Problem is when try to open or create a new document, applications crashes.
With DXVK - applications close, without DXVK - applications freeze.
Maybe programs need some libraries to work?

Sadly, I think you are running into WineHQ bug 45277, so I don't think there's any chance of getting this to work on the current CrossOver version. I also see that there are other bugs affecting Affinity products besides this one, so I don't hold out a lot of hope :/
