I just bought a Slingbox M1 as my BelkinTV finally broke.  Curious to see if anyone has had any luck in getting the software to work on crossover?

You can get the software here;

I created a Windows 7 Bottle, installed Windows media Player and some fonts.  I managed to load the installer but then it crashes as it tries to install.  I am missing more stuff.

Anyone else will want to try this one out?  I have googled and have not found much on it.

Thanks for any help.

I more or less accidentally downloaded the installer and tried to run it. I can reproduce the failure, and it seems that it needs some functionality not present in CrossOver:

fixme:wuapi:automatic_updates_Pause
fixme:ntdll:NtLockFile I/O completion on lock not implemented yet

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do at the moment. You may be able to install the software on Windows and copy the installed directory into a CrossOver bottle, but there's no guarantee that this will work.
