How to change the value of PATH?

Hi,

I use Crossover under OpenSuSE 13.2. My drive_c points to

/vorlons/kosh/.cxoffice/Microsoft_Office_2010/drive_c

Under this directory i have a subdirectory called oracle, containing .DLL and .exe files.
Those files i want to add to the default PATH. But how to change the value of PATH?

Kind regards,

Uwe

Most likely by altering the bottle's registry settings:

http://stackoverflow.com/questions/573817/where-are-environment-variables-stored-in-registry

You'll need to open Tools -> Manage bottles. Select the bottle you want to alter, press the Run Command button, type regedit, click on Run.

System variables like PATH are under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Environment

Hi

Thanks for the hint. Works. Now i can user TOAD installed via Crossover against Oracle.

Kind regards,

Uwe
