Manjaro, being based on Arch, doesn't use deb or rpm. It uses the same packaging system as Arch. For that reason, you have two options:
1) The AUR, using yaourt in a terminal:
yaourt -S crossover
2) Or download the bin file, and in a terminal:
chmod +x Install-crossover-xxx.bin
sh Install-crossover-xxx.bin
I don't know if there is a graphical way to install, there might be, but I use Arch itself, so I'm on the terminal. You might have some problems with lib32-freefont2, there's a mention about this on the forum, but I can't find it. There's a link to the archive library in that post, look for it.
