I encountered an issue with Office 2003 installed under Crossover v12.5 under Linux.
After an install of Office 2003, I would experience problems upon attempting to load Outlook. Every time Outlook 2003 was run, it would initiate an installation repair sequence, which was a major annoyance. Sometimes it would complain about not being able to load an "add-in". It turns out that the solution is to tick the "Advanced Installation Options" upon a fresh installation of Office 2003, and then make sure that all of the components + all of the sub-components of Outlook are set to run locally from the "local hard drive".
So, now all of the components of Outlook will be available in your installation, and nothing will be left out for it to complain about. Upon doing this, it Outlook should work flawlessly every time.
