clicking file lauches excel, but does not open file

Trying to upgrade to the current version of cross-over after moving my Suse to a new laptop, so it could just be a config issue.
My file associations for .xls include the following run statement:
/home/tthigpen/.cxoffice/win98/desktopdata/cxassoc/Scripts/cxoffice-fe75ee93-ce4a-426b-a935-c216b7b9502d:application_vnd.ms-excel %U
When I double click on a .xls file in dolphin, it opens excel, but the file is not opened.
When I try to open a file from the excel, it does not open a dialog. Same 'no dialog' for 'save as'.

win98 bottle

Removed crossover-12.5.0-1.i386.rpm
Installed CrossOver-Pro-10.1.0-1.i386rpm and all is well.
removed 10.1 and reinstalled 12.5 and it's broke.
removed 12.5 and reinstalled 10.1 and I am now working.

To the cross-over staff:
I really wanted to upgrade, but it's broke. Let me know when it's fixed and I will upgrade. I am so glad I tested it before I entered my credit card info.

I use openSUSE with CrossOver regularly I am currently using Office 2007 without any problems. Is Excel your only issue or do you have problems with Word as well? Just to be sure, you are using Microsoft Office 2000? What else have you tested?

Something I would also try is to reinstall the office suite in a new bottle and see if that changes anything.

Hope that helps.
