Charting program using OpenGL

I have a program called Market Analyst v6 that runs fine till I open an actual chart. The charts require OpenGL.

I have tried the "-gl" switch but makes no difference all I get is a blank page.

I am running Mint 14 Mate, and have ATI7700 video cards and running the ATI driver. I have tried the beta driver as well.

Is anyone able to give me some hints on what I might need to do to get this running. I am tired of running a VM to have my apps running.

Thanks

Do Linux OpenGL apps work? E.g. try a native Linux game like Extreme Tuxracer. If Linux apps work, but your Windows app still doesn't, you might be missing 32 bit OpenGL libraries. cxdiag can help you in that case.
