I've installed steam and opened it. I am trying to install a small windows-based game called Craft the World, but when i click install it says "Content Servers Unreachable." This error message happens when installing any game. I should also note that this same message pops up through Steam on Wine and PlayOnLinux as well. I have Steam for Linux installed but games install fine, this message is nowhere to be found. It only comes up when I have steam installed via a windows emulator such as Wine, PlayOnLinux, and now Crossover. Is there anyway to fix this?
This is all on one line. Make sure the indentation at the beginning of the line is the same as the block it is in. You can verify this by a Google search. You'll find references on this forum, and on Wine's forum.
Thanks, at first it wouldn't work because I was accidentally editing my linux version of steam's config file but once I went to browse local files I found the correct one and now my game is downloading!!!! Yay!
