No network access

I'm trying 16.02 trial version over Ubuntu 17.04 64bits and no application has access to network. Firefox doesn't resolv any domain, outlook does not access to any server, etc...

The info reported by crossover is:

Does this package fix it?
https://ubuntu.pkgs.org/16.10/ubuntu-main-amd64/libnss-mdns_0.10-7_amd64.deb.html

I know that nss-mdns on RHEL/Fedora is needed for alot of things to work. Perhaps that's the package you are missing.

Thank you, but the package was already intalled...

$ dpkg -l | grep -i libnss
ii libnss-mdns:i386 0.10-8ubuntu1 i386 NSS module for Multicast DNS name resolution
ii libnss-myhostname:amd64 232-21ubuntu3 amd64 nss module providing fallback resolution for the current hostname
ii libnss-resolve:amd64 232-21ubuntu3 amd64 nss module to resolve names via systemd-resolved
ii libnss3:amd64 2:3.28.4-0ubuntu0.17.04.1 amd64 Network Security Service libraries

Are you running a firewall? maybe you have rule in there blocking it.

not running a firewall, thank you.

OK, not being a very knowledgeable individual when it comes to the Debian way of packaging, forgive me if I got it way wrong here.

On Red Hat and SuSE family products, you need both a 32 and 64 bit package for the libs (well one for each type of binary you wish to link to it). I see you have an x64 libnss3, whatabout the 32 bit one? Such as "apt-get install libnss3:i386"

Thank you very much. That work perfectly.
