Needing to run second command installed with Windows Application

I hope I don't make you folks sick with all my questions. However I DO think your product is very cool.
I have Eve Online installed and running. However the client patcher isn't patching and my client is incompatible.
It was suggested that I run the repair command that is installed with Eve Online.

I have an Eve icon for launching the patcher. But how do I run repair.exe that was also installed by the client?

Use the "run windows command" in the Crossover menu and just select that executable (you can browse to it) and its bottle. That should do it.
