I use Microsoft Expressions Web 4 (http://www.microsoft.com/expression/) at work, and they basically decided to start releasing it for free. It is a .Net 4.0 based application, but when I try to install it under Corssover 12, I get an error about needing version v4.0.30319 installed. MS Expression 4 is no Dreamweaver, but it is a pretty decent web content editor, and it is now available for free. I think it would be a worthy addition to the list of supported crossover applications. I would LOVE to not have to boot up VirtualBox to run it.
Have you tried installing .Net framework 4 from the CrossOver wizzard?
