Hi there,
I was unable to get e-Sword to run with Crossover in Ubuntu 13.10. I then installed Wine and to my surprise, e-Sword now works in both Crossover and Wine. Wine obviously brought somethign with it that fixed the problem.

I always did prefer e-Sword v8 to e-Sword v10,
but now that I've got, v10 working & D/Ld most of the available books,
so now I just copy that achieved bottle onto other PCs.
