Cannot launch 2 versions of the same game at once

I've been using crossover on one server for games, and I was able to run 3-4 servers at once using crossover. My friend set the VNC server up, and I am able to run as many servers as I want without eating the CPU power and/or RAM.
I rented a second dedicated server, and I used the same guide that he showed to to set the server up. Now, when I try to run more than 2 servers from the same game, the VNC server crashes, and I need to completely reboot the server. Is there any way to fix this?

Are you aware of any differences between the two servers?.
( anything at all / everything)
