Improper Submission Evaluation

Good day,

While I'm aware this is probably the wrong location to post this, there was nowhere else I could personally find that applied better to the issue at hand.

A few days ago, I submitted a newly-released-to-the-public MMO Revival Project "Toontown Infinite", as I was attempting to find a method to have it run the way it should using Crossover. After patiently waiting for it to be evaluated, I received an email today stating that it was denied due to it being a duplication. Knowing that such couldn't possibly be the case, given how it just recently came out, I examined the supposed duplicate, and it was for the original MMO of Disney's Toontown Online, the game that Toontown Infinite comes from(which is why it's an "MMO Revival Project"), and not my submission.

I know that this is an honest mistake of overlooking critical details, thus I wanted to bring it up, to hopefully get it remedied, and perhaps the obsolete page of Disney's Toontown Online removed, since it's of no usage anymore, since it was sadly shut down on September 19, 2013.

Thank you,
Raven

Our apologies. It is indeed a different title. This does occasionally happen (we're only human and the number of games and programs with similar names and purposes is astounding).

If you tell me which website you would prefer be followed, I'll be happy to get this game into our Compatibility Database.

or

Thank you.

Sorry about that, they looked similar enough that I just assumed it was a duplicate entry. If you want to submit it again I'll pass it through this time https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/submit

https://www.toontowninfinite.com/ - This is the one for Toontown Infinite. Toontown Rewritten is a separate project of similar nature.

Thank you for working to solve this issue!
