cxavscan: scanner exit code was 0x200

I have the following problem:

Your antivirus does not seem to be working, or it could not scan the '/home/piet/Documents/User Security Guide.docx' file for some reason.
Do you want to continue anyway?

cxavscan: scanner exit code was 0x200

If I continue, I can make changes to the document, Crossover 'hangs' while trying to save. Rebooted, Repeat, same! Editing a file with MS-Word 2010 from the Office 2010 suite.

Please assist, if possible.

I am running:
Linux 3.16.7-29-desktop openSUSE 13.2 (Harlequin) (x86_64)
CrossOver Linux 15.0.1
Install location: /home/piet/cxoffice
64-bit OS
Desktop session: default
Window manager: KWin
Locale: en_US.UTF-8

Contents of /etc/os-release:
VERSION="13.2 (Harlequin)"
PRETTY_NAME="openSUSE 13.2 (Harlequin) (x86_64)"

cxdiag output:
"Title"="Missing 32bit library"
"Description"="This is needed by some games and CAD-like applications to perform off-screen rendering."
