Using Windows 10 dlls in an Ubuntu App

Is it possible to use dlls built for Windows 10 in an application that runs natively in Ubuntu? In other words, if those dlls where installed in Windows 10 bottle, can an application running outside the bottle, and natively in Ubuntu, access dlls inside that bottle?

that method would be very unlikely to work . .
as it would be mainly the application that is Installed into that Bottle,
that would be able to access those DLLs anyway, and not any application from outside of that Bottle.
plus, any DLLs would need to be Installed as well, as they may be recognized otherwise.

what is the application that you are using ?.
