Pinning in KDE icons-only task manager

Hi,

Pinning on KDE icons-only task manager is very inconsistent--sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. For example, I have pinned Excel 365 just fine, but I can't pin Outlook 365. Moreover, I finally managed to add Outlook 365 to the icons-only task manager a different way (Launcher-->Right Click-->Add to task manager) but when I run Outlook 365 it creates another icon in the task manager. I am confused. What's going on?

I am experiencing the same issue with other apps as well, this was just an example. Any ideas?

Cheers,

ilias
