Hi I'm trying to use "Vienna Ensemble Pro (server)" in crossover
I manage to install all the needs in crossover and "vienna ensemble pro" server loads fine..
but when I try to connect for example Logic pro X or Reaper to "vienna ensemble pro - server"
logic or reaper or any Daw freezes, but the server opens just fine in Crossover 19..
does any one knows what could be the problem?
I think it has to do with the IP and DNS configuration in Crossover 19, for the VEP server
but I just Can't figure it out..
This is to use windows Vst on Mac.. through VEP server with logic or reaper or any daw,
Did you find an answer to your problem? I'm interested in doing the same, but haven't set it up yet. But... from what I've read...I believe you have to run VEP6 server on the mac side... and the regular VEP6 (for Windows) on the Crossover side.
