Reinstalling is the only recommended option.

An option – not as good an option as reinstalling but another option nonetheless – is to leave the existing installation in the existing bottle, create the new bottle you want, and then use the Run Command with the new bottle selected. This will run the existing installation in the new bottle even though it physically resides in the old bottle.
