App constantly minimizes when you switch windows. This makes the program unusable as soon as you open another window.
In my case, I start the Windows program "Ultrastar Deluxe" via Crossover. It opens in full screen mode. If I now switch to another app, "Ultrastar Deluxe" minimizes (but is still visible at the bottom of the dock) and can no longer be opened, as it is only visible for a fraction of a second and minimizes again.
What can I do? I am running Crossover on an M1 Mac.

Not sure what is going here and not all windows apps behave the same. If the application has a graphic setting you can try configuring it not to open in full screen but windowed. This should allow you multitask and switch windows without the app window minimizing.

I know it's not a full solution, but have you tried enabling virtual desktop in wine config?

winemac.drv doesn’t support virtual desktop so that’s not an option for macOS users. Upstream now contains a patch to disabled the checkbox when using winemac.drv.
