Just wondering if the Windows environment has any settings regarding internet or if there's a firewall blocking. Basically what is happening is that 90% of the time when I attempt to log-in to Steam it says unable to connect to Steam servers OR that I am offline. This is fine normally since I just start in Offline Mode as I am playing Single Player Games. However, it becomes an issue on the odd occasion where I want to download a game update or install a new game and need the Steam client to be online. Furthermore, the download speeds for the Crossover Steam seem to be lower than when I run it on my Mac. This feels like one of those things where I need to change a network setting somewhere or the Windows environment has some network settings that need to be changed. I've tried using both my home wifi internet and my phone internet to make sure it wasn't my ISP and it had the issue with both. How does Mac allocate internet bandwidth for use in the Windows environment?
