I think I might just be one step away from being able to play this game again! My PyLotRO is giving me an [E03] error that it can't read launcher config file.

Okay now, I found a file, ddo.launcherconfig, I'm hoping this is the file that is being referred to as unable to read. My says:

If you play this game, and have a working version going can you tell me what this file should be saying? Please!
