Mac M1 Sound Issues (glitches/freezes)

I noticed that lot of games on Mac M1 have sound issues. It looks like not depend on OS or Crossover version as it is reproducible on Monterey and Big Sur and on Crossover 21 and 22. The issue is that games freeze when there are sounds/music or voice duplicates.
