Tropico 4 On iMac OS 10.6 - Installed by BAD Graphics anything I can do? - Put me out of my misery if I can't! :)

I managed to get Tropico 4 installed twice now on my iMac once with a wrapper and Wine and then I tried with Crossover

Both times worked but the game is so graphically poor I can't play it (Which is annoying cause I purchased it under the assumption it could be played on a Mac OS with Wine and Wrappers etc)

The graphic card requirements for Tropico is 256 RAM Graphics Card which is what I have but on my Mac so I am confused why the graphics looks so bad on my Mac despite using both a wrapper one one occasion and Crossover on the other occasion.

I would just like to know if I can do anything to tweak the graphics or is this just a matter of incompatibility ?

My Spec is:
