Change install location for Star Wars: The Old Republic?

Hey everyone! so the title basically says it but i wanna move it onto an external hard drive because my mac doesnt have enough storage to support. Is there a way to do this?

Hi, if you want to install swtor elsewhere from initial place, you can do this : (work fine in windows and i've made install in linux both way (normally and as after))

  • keep initial directory
  • dowload the swtor setup
  • begin a new install where you want to
  • after few moments (500 mb dowloaded or else, perhaps before (don't know ^^)), overwrite the new directory with the old one
  • relaunch swtor in the new directory

NB: don't know if swtor work fine in an external disk :/

please forgive me my english ^^

Have fun
