Problem running unknown application related to tapi32.dll

I've been trying to install the Family Health Care Manager software (found here) - an unknown application - using the CrossOver 15 trial. Installing using the downloaded .exe file goes smoothly, but when I try to run this program I get the following error:

Cannot find import; DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version
File "TAPI32.dll", function
"tapiRequestMakeCallW" (error 0)

I've tried using both Windows 7 and 8 bottles (previous versions of Windows aren't supported), and I've tried adding "tapi32.dll" as an override in the Wine Configuration library. So far nothing has worked. Anyone have any ideas how I might get this program running?

Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
