Windows App Accessibility (Screenreader/SAPI)

Hi guys.
I am new to the forums here and just downloaded the trial of crossover to see if i can get it going. It looks very promising for me as i just want to run a few windows games. However i am a blind user and was wondering if there is a way to install a screenreader such as Jaws or NVDA into the same bottle as my games so they can read the screen to me which will enable me to use the apps. Failing this am i able to access SAPI within windows?
I look forward to your reply and i hope i've made sense :)
Cheers
Matt
