So as the topic said, i have a program that only run on windows. Ive been trying to get this program running on mac but it dont have a Installer. So is there any way i can wrap the whole folder into crossover? if there is can anyone show me how??

Thanks for the guide, but i got another error.
It means you're trying to run a .NET application, so a .NET runtime needs to be installed.
I recommend installing https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/crossover/microsoft-net-framework-40 into the bottle you're using to run the program.
