I have a web site that runs on both port 80 and port 443. I can hit the "http://" port 80 version of the site with IE7, but when I try https, I get a error stating
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.
Any ideas? I have tried more than one SSL site.

This is a known bug - IE7 in Crossover has a host of problems regarding the handling of https sites. Our developers are working very hard on this, and we'll have a fix in place for the release of Crossover 8.1 in late summer/early fall.
