Title says it all. I've tried to set it to windowed mode but it doesn't work. Both my mouse and my keyboard are either limited in response or none at all.

ok! through persistence alone I got them into windowed mode and they work. My only problem now is that my legit CD key.. maybe keys, aren't working.. so.. I will look around some more for answers.
Possible copy protection on the discs - you may need
a no-cd patch to work around that - try gamecopyworld
I got it! after playing around with crossover and crossover games, I finally got it. Portal works, DoW works.

install Registry editor on GAMES and follow the websites instructions, it'll will all be ok.
