How do I prevent programs from running using the Windows default "Use Personalized Menus" setting?. I tried creating a key called IntelliMenus set to "No" in [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\
Advanced] and also in [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE ...] as instructed in a couple of web sites, but saw no difference when runing MS Project 2003.
