Themida Cannot open oreans.vdx driver

Hi,
I want to use TheBat! http://www.ritlabs.com under Apple Leopard i86
with Crossover.

AFAIK - Crossover is written with Delphi.

I get this error if I want to open TheBat:

Crossover Error Themida
Cannot open oreans.vdx driver. Make sure that oreans.vdx is not open by
another program.

Please can you help me.
