Outlook 2003 Requires A Profile????

I installed office 2003; word and powerpoint start up ok. Outlook gives me an error that says something like this application is not installed for the user please reinstall the application for this user.

I have no clue; first off I have no idea what user it thinks it currently is and why wouldn't it just start up and let me tell it what user/profile to use?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

I do have the same problem. On the MAC Codeweavers I installed Office 2003 Publisher (Only the publisher).
All went ok. It appears to start, but then I get the same message as above, and publisher quits.

Very strange that you saw that message with Publisher 2003 - was this from a Publisher-only disc, or did you select to custom-install only Publisher from an Office 2003 install CD?

Also, you will find that Publisher 2003 is currently pretty unusable in Crossover - you can't save files. However, we've just made some good progress with this in our nightlies lately, and it's looking like Publisher 2003 may actually work well in our next release of Crossover.

To address the original issue - launch winecfg for the bottle in question, and go to the mail configuration tab. Add a new account, and then delete the old, pre-existing account. This action should satisfy Outlook's griping about not being installed for the current user.
