Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION error

Hello!
I installed SwishMax2 on my Mac OS X Version 10.5.6 with the latest version of CrossOver. There was only one known bug till date. You can't change the exporting options to another version of flash or export to swf, as the program crashes. That I have managed to bypass by testing in flash and it will export automatically. However, there is one file I open that will work until I want to expand anything on the outline pane. The application crashes by giving me a "Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION error in module: C:\windows\system32\comctl32.dll". Any ideas? It looks like a windows issue but if anyone has gone through some similar error it will be helpful to know how and if you were able to fix it. THANKS!!!
