Does anyone have any suggestions or instructions on getting SP2 installed on the XP bottle? I need IE6 to be updated with the SP2 changes but can't seem to get SP2 installed.

Unfortunately, that isn't possible with Crossover. Check out this page for more information about the issue, but basically the point is that the operating system doesn't actually exist, so there is nothing to update.
