Does anybody know if codeweavers works with CorelDraw?
And if it does what are some of the issues you have encountered.

Does anybody know if codeweavers works with CorelDraw?

I've successfully installed and run CorelDraw 9 into CrossOver Mac and run it with no problems.
It's a bit clunky and some of the file dialogs act oddly but it does work.
