Limiting file/directory access to Windows programs

I would like to limit all file access to a single specific directory on my machine. This could simply be the drive_c directory in the bottle. However, I notice that even if I remove the created symlinks in the dosdevices directory in the bottle to everything but the c and d (cdrom) drives, new links are created when starting CrossOver. The links allow Windows programs access to everything (the root directory). Is there any way to prevent this and specify a single directory only (or just the drive_c dir)? If not, can this be considered a feature request (for stronger bottles)?
