I recently took advantage of the special offer to download an unlocked version of CrossOver Mac Pro. It was fairly easy to install a Chinese version of IE6 and get it up and running; however, it does not work properly because the "bottle" it runs in is the English Windows XP bottle, not a Chinese Windows XP bottle. This means that Chinese encoded ActiveX running inside IE (as well as many system menus and dialog boxes) appear as gibberish, because the bottle can not correctly parse them as Chinese. Since the only reason I currently run Parallels on my computer is because I need Chinese Windows & IE to run various ActiveX programs required for my job, it would be great if I could get these running on CrossOver Mac Pro, since there would then be no need to launch Windows every time I need to use these components. However, I could not find any way to download a Chinese XP bottle. Is there a way to do this? Or to make one?
Thank you for your help!
