Hello,
I live in France and have an English Language Mac. I downloaded the Crossover demo and it worked fine, so I paid the fee for the registered version.
I have put in my email and code and click the button for connect to Crossover for completion but the Crossover Demo will not connect to the Crossover server to finish this process. I have done this many times and waited for over half an hour in each case, all to no avail.
Please, I wonder if there is anybody there that would kindly advise me what to do as I have contacted Crossover and they replied that I should place my email and code, yet I have done this and there is no connection to Crossover server for the registration. I contacted again a week ago but have had no reply to my further enquiries. Now the demo time is up and Crossover has blanked out with all of the Picassa stopping as well.
I have tried the FAQ which says to change the language settings to English but my Mac is English anyway.
I would like to register this Crossover and start to enjoy using it.
I am a 73 year young lady with very little computer experience, so any replies please in simple English and not computerspeak.
