Crossover can't open issue

It says :
CrossOver is unable to initialize a critical component.

Failed to import cxutils module into Python.  See console for errors.

The program will now exit.

The console's errors:

It looks like the plugin /Users/mgracer48/Library/Contextual Menu Items/iGetterCMPlugIn.plugin is messing up Crossover when it tries to open. Please move that plugin somewhere else and see if Crossover can start.

ok now this error:
