Digital Mobile Radio programming software & usb connection

I'm trying to install and use DMR programming software under CrossOver 20.0.2. I was able to install but can't seem to figure out how to get the USB connection to go to the necessary bottle. I found several help entries that dealt with connecting the USB via the Comm port but mine comes in as a mouse connection (shows up under USB 3.0 as MCU Mouse Demo) & at this point I can't figure out how to make the next jump. If I can get this to work, then I don't need Parallels or V-Box to use this.

Has anyone else tried this?

Thanks
