When playing Grand Theft Auto V epic games store version using Direct X 11 (dxvk enabled in bottle settings) some trees and assets are missing. Trees have no foliage or sometimes UFO shaped foliage and most plants do not display. 
Anyone else having this issue ?

Yes I am seeing exactly that. Running MacBook Pro M1 Max, 64GB RAM. GTA V also appears slow / laggy compared to when I previously ran it on a PC (AMD Ryzen 7 3700X with nVidia GeForce RTX 2080 graphics card).
I'm using an Apple Magic? Mouse, so that be be the issue with the lag? Not sure but I have to get another mouse since cannot aim / shoot with the Apple mouse due to lack of separate mouse buttons).
Let me know if you've been able to resolve this.
Just FYI to anyone who finds this thread. Setting GTA display to the native size of my MacBook Pro has resolved all of the graphics issues. The graphics look great. I'm still seeing some lag, but that could be due to my location (Pattaya, Thailand) and / or the Apple mouse.
I encountered this issue too a while back, changing the resolution worked for me! Thanks for sharing.
