GTA 5 issues on M1 mac

Hi all I have a base model 2021 14inch MBP, I am running GTA 5 from steam and it works well except a few issues.

  1. no trees: tree appears only in the distance, when I drive up on them they disappear, and only the tree trunk + branches remain.
  2. no destination glow: the glowing destination 'cylinder' is not showing up in the game.
  3. Caps lock not working: I cannot toggle special ability of the characters as a result.

Has anyone experienced the same issues? any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Yeah, I've recently experienced this issue, but I found that reinstalling it did the trick.

Let me know if that works for you.
